"Very few singular incidents would warrant a single star (consider this a three star otherwise), but since my daughter wasn't allowed onto the stage to bow at her last recital, I think it's worth the downgrade. This is just cruel to a young child. Either she wasn't allowed to bow because we didn't fork over money for a finale T-shirt, or she was simply forgotten. Both are inexcusable."

The close-knit group of kids have shown talent that makes them top-rated!
