"I always appreciate how clean and well-organized this specific store is, but the last few times I have been in here, I have been extremely disappointed with the customer service. The last time I was in here, the gal working huffed at me and acted like it was a problem when I asked for help finding some jeans in my size. Today, I stood in line behind 4 other ladies at the register while one sweet younger girl was working it by herself. The manager (?) on duty kept looking over, and even came to the register to help with one transaction at the register, but never came to help the rest of us in line. She was slowly stocking the racks, almost avoiding the register. I was in line to pick up my online order for about 20 minutes. I could tell the two gals in front of me were also frustrated. My transaction took less than 60 seconds. Pretty disappointing customer service."
