"This business has the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. Maintenance appointments made but service people don't show up, warranty issues never followed up on, incompetence abounds. I would recommend customers look elsewhere when purchasing a hot tub or spa."

"In July 2022 we were in the search for our very first hot tub. My husband went in to Leisure Zone first by himself as I was out of town. Zachary was the salesperson who helped him that day. I had told my husband that I would not buy a hot tub without doing a “wet test” first, which by the way is super important for those wanting to purchase a hot tub. My husband came home from his visit and told me he asked about the wet test and Zachary told him, “as long as it doesn’t just turn into a date night” and essentially not purchasing a hot tub. This comment did not set well with me. When I returned home from my trip we went together and got more information on the BullFrog tubs (the brand they sell). They had only one tub to do a wet test in, which I did not do because I already made my mind up that I was not going to buy anything from them after hearing that rude comment from Zachary. Remember once you buy a hot tub it’s also important to have a good relationship with the business because you will return there for products, water testing, and etc. and I was not comfortable with the staff. Needless to say, we went to Splash Pool & Spa and had amazing service from Taylor and Ashley and bought our Marquis Epic tub there."
