"Sadly I have no real expirence other than last week I had gone in, got set up on his app, expressed im looking for a regular barber to use. Set the appt for 1:30pm Feb 28th. Calendared it to set aside the time in my day to do it. Showed up at 1:25 no one was there. Tried calling no voicemail or callback. No communication to reschedule or reset or even let me know they are running late. At 1:35 I left and started looking elsewhere. Also noticed my appt it vanished from the app and does not even show up now after the fact. Not in past appts or anything. At 1:28pm it was there still."
