"i came in here one time after running errands, and I was very excited to! i walked in and i wasnt greeted at all, but there were three people working who made eye contact with me. i walked up and had to stand there until one of the workers finally said something to me. it was just an uncomfortable vibe. the smoothie was really good though! i might return, but hopefully the downtown location has friendlier workers."
"Horrible customer service. I have allergies to a lot unfortunately but not my fault and was treated horribly. Asked about military discount and was told no very rudely. I will never ever go back. Being a local place we like to support but will not when treated like that. In Coralville there is an amazing place that has pretty similar things and uses all natural ingredients and much healthier, drive up, and great customer service."
"This was one of my favorite places to stop after the gym but it's extremely inconsistent on how good it will actually be depending on who's working. I've gotten a few cold wraps and rice bowls before. But today I got my favorite wrap and the chicken was so burnt I couldn't eat it, I went back and they did remake it but the second one was still so burnt and hard. I really regret stopping here tonight The smoothies are always good, and sometimes there's some nice people on staff. A lot of the times I feel pretty uncomfortable and feel not very welcome though At least it's good motivation to just make sure I'm packing my own protein smoothies for after the gym so I'm not stopping here"
