"Tried to sue a return on a pair of shoes I bought through Klarna and manager refused to help. I was told she didn’t know how to do the returns unless the whole item was paid for. I have done returns before at other stores, and they’ve had no problem, so clearly she just didn’t want to do it. A manager should know how to do these things. She then got an attitude with me in the store and told me I should’ve just bought them regularly, instead of through Klarna. This is a perfect example of poor hiring in a company and instead of meeting a quota they should be more thorough with hiring people who have a management background. I will also say on a separate not I’ve also smelled a marijuana odor on several employees in the store. DO BETTER FinishLine!!!"

"Bought shoes, wore them for two hours. Hurt my feet. When trying to return they said they couldn't return cause there was a defect. The defect must have been from the manufacturer then because it was the same exact way on both shoes. Now I remember why I don't shop finish line."
