"Can't wait to get out of my contract. If you like treadmills this is the place for you. If you're a strength athlete that needs a power rack they only have one. And it's always being used. Even at 4am. I can't wait to go to a better gym in August. I got conned into this one."
"It’s a nice small gym not too busy. However, with that they don’t really have anybody staffed there. The cleaning is poor. I’ve been going here about 3 months and there has been mold on the water fountain, I called once to inform someone and it’s still there. If cleanliness is a top standard for you, I would go somewhere else lol"

Her evaluation was focused on my goals with listening carefully she tailored an achievable plan based on my schedule and how soon I wanted to get to my goals. She keeps it moving but with the professional talent to make time move quickly, to get your monies worth! Her leadership background makes it easy to understand what she is saying and she knows how to demonstrate the training simply so you learn then get it done! Tara has already proven her value!"
