KWIK STAR #1155

"Growing up with KwikStar was a highlight of my childhood, so I was understandably thrilled when I learned about this location. This location is a constant nightmare. Unfair prices on most items(the quality of said items makes the unreasonable price, dont charge $4 for a sandwich when you cant include everything within said product), lack luster customer service, insane moments of time between when products are restocked, constant changing of rules causing serious miscommunication among the consumer. I'm so tired of trying to make plans involving this location that I've done before just to be shot down. One day you'll tell a gas price over the phone, one day you'll give out change, one day you'll know what the western omelet bagel is..and the next it changes. This is a constant mess of a location and it's disgusting."

"I really like to shop here and do all the things to get fuel discounts but they are very difficult to redeem. I have gone in the store and the clerks and managers are unable to get the discount, then as soon as I fuel it gives the credit for the next purchase. I even got the credit card for the fuel discount but it is also difficult to get the credit. Update contact corporate office and issues resolved."

"Been a customer since this place opened. Never had an issue, we are regular customers and never had any bad experience till today. At around 9:45 we enter the store. I grabbed a popcorn chips bag, a pumpkin seed and life savers. After self check out, walked outside and got in car, rubbed my eye. And instantly my eye started to burn. In didn’t think much of it. Got home, washed my hands, while watching TV . Opened the Life Saver, and ate one, instantly my mouth started burning. Now the flavors do not say they were spicy. So my nose started to run. Wiped off my nose, n that too started to burn. Decided to put one of my kids to the test. I had one of them grab n touch the outside of the pumpkin seed bag that was un-opened, and had them rub their eyes after. Instantly my son’ eyes started to burn. I then called the store to ask if anyone sprayed some sort of chemical or pepper spray on the area. Manager denied that question, and said she didn’t know what to do in situations like this. I mentioned we don’t want our money back just want them to know they need to check their stuff. I even offered to take them back for their inspection, she didn’t say yes or no to that. So I just finished the call, stating I called to let them know, in case anyone else calls. They need to take all the stuff from the area the pumpkin seeds and life savers are, and inspect them in case they have something hazardous on them or anyone becomes ill."

"Normally love this location I visit almost daily. Saturday morning you never have enough help. I waited in line like everyone else and couldn’t remember my pump number as was busy. I said give me moment I can’t see over cars. As I am looking she went onto next person losing my spot in line. If I could seen pumps I wouldn’t have made anyone wait. Took seconds to look. Not very please and to tell me it was my fault and go back line. Went to Casey gas may be more but wouldn’t loose my spot to figure out my pump number"

"Firs time in any Kwik star location and I'm blown away by the variety and selections. It amazes me how Kwik star is becoming the new go to convenience store. They have everything, from rotisserie chicken, to soup bar, variety of fruits and even veggies. Their hot and cold drink selections are over the moon. If you have not been to a Kwik star, I highly recommend this location. Absolutely amazing and courteous staff."
