From Susan showing us what was available to Jamie taking ownership to make sure everything was perfect, we were delighted with every step. We went with TS because they perform every step of the process “in house” and don’t farm the installation to subcontractors. The installation crew was great and very considerate of our concerns with dust and cleanup. Even when we had questions, Jamie came out to our home to understand the issue and recommend action.
