"I went in on Black Friday looking for a pair of boots to wear when I Door Dash. I was helped by a few people who were great, helped me find the exact right boots for the weather and safety and reminded me of weather proofing to extend the life. Went in for 1 pair and left with 3 plus extra stuff. Fantastic service and staff"

"Was not greeted when we came in- absolutely no help with sizes. Staff just stands in the front and has social hour and to top it off Some old man more like a grinch employee yelled at my 8 year old for spinning the wheel. This store is lucky it’s close to Christmas and I needed these gifts. Definitely would have preferred to spent my $250 with a more pleasant and deserving atmosphere."

"Great service after I asked for it. Enormous choices of styles and brands but many sizes unavailable in many of them. Had to have mine delivered because didn't have size and they came quickly. Couldn't ask for better choices and requested help but when they see an abundance of 6,7, and 8 sizes,and no 9 and 10 might want to order more 9 and 10 next time."

"I was treated like a trash at this location by the manager. Racist White old guy with bandage on his hand. I came to exchange 2 pair of shoes for the correct size (with my receipt on my email) since my wife bought them for me too small. The guy started asking every employee if they had seen me walking in with the 2 boxes, accusing me that I was stealing the shoes. Very rude and racist. Very unprofessional manager, poor lady employee that was in the cashier was treated really bad by this guy too…. Never buying from this racist Ankeny location again….."

"Me and my girlfriend visited this store just browsing the store looking around but it was very uncomfortable being in there one of the female team members with glasses and a ponytail was racial profiling me she kept following us around as we browse the store. even when we walked in we didn’t get greeted. Luckily after we got done looking around we left otherwise I would’ve said something to her and it wouldn’t be nice."
