There newest worker Tyler got rude and irritable over the phone with me because i kept asking where is MY ORDER I SPENT MY MONEY ON. & Also There boss Nikki is very rude I would not spend money here if I were you guys !"

"I wish I could rate this place a 0 star. Worst place on earth! They’ll harass you even when you’re up to date on payments. They also sold me a USED mattress for the same price as a new mattress! Biggest con artist around! What a joke"

"Good and bad. This place is great in a pinch. The customer service is great. Very friendly and clean. The product warranty stuff is not exactly what you would expect. Seriously who wants to send a subwoofer and sound bar into a factory to have it fixed? When it should just be replaced. I just feel that if you are still paying a product off / on time/ in the original contract that if it doesn't work properly it should be replaced. So keep this in mind if you are purchasing. Like I said the staff is friendly but be aware if a product fails you could be paying for a broken product."

"Nikki and Mike have always worked with me even when I fall behind. I like this Aaron's alot. Had a rough patch when I first became a customer but after working with them and them working with me we have gotten through. They keep me a happy loyal customer and I keep coming back for more services."

"I had been alone at my girlfriends home watching the animals and little kids while they were out of town and one of the employees came banging on the door yelling to open it. When I did he went on and on lecturing me about payment and that they were going to take the washer and dryer. I was not the person to talk to I was simply there and he wouldn’t understand that and kept harassing me. I tried to close the door and he kept telling me to wait until someone was on the phone with him. Only then would he let me shut the door. When I finally did he sat in the car outside the house for 5 minutes after. I let my girlfriend know over text how uncomfortable the situation was and called the company myself first. Nikki was very rude to me and after I threatened to call the police if he came to the door again she had excuses for the employee. My girlfriend and her dad both called and each time Mike and Nikki never gave an apology and were very rude, calling us liars and giving us attitude. This company only cared about our money and not our privacy. They lost our business and we will not be returning. I DO NOT recommend this location to anyone!"
