"Just moved to Lennox. Thought I'd go to the local barber, but didn't go so well. Stopped by there on a Tuesday around 12:30 door was locked. No problem, figured he was at lunch. Next day called to check with Roger on his lunch time so I wouldn't miss him again. Told me to head up there. Got there within 15 min, door locked. Now this is just me and I think most people agree. That you could take an extra 5- 10 minutes out of your day for a potential new customer. Especially when you tell someone to come by . Apparently has plenty of customers. Doesn't need any more. So yeah I'm not going to this barber shop. He doesn't care, neither do I."
