"I had ordered online years ago. Stopped in the Omaha retail store looking for some Propper tactical pants and some sweatpants. Was waited on by Seth. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Glad I went to the store instead of online."

"Never have I seen a company handle a situation Better. A Lady customer and her husband came in, and the Woman just started griping about them not having something they ordered done yet. The manager, (I’m assuming )told them that their stuff was back ordered and the system, so their system didn’t show the correct thing to follow. This Man’s wife started badgering both of the girls in front saying he paid for this already you need to make it up to him, you’ve just gotta make it up to him. Her husband not stopping her from freaking out.. (henpecked for sure) Very calmly the Other dark haired lady took the man’s number, stated she would try and get the shirt finished for him today, without skipping a beat answered the phone, and the light haired lady helped another customer.. Again.. PLEASE RECOGNIZE THESE WOMEN and Their Stellar attempt to try to get this situation handled, even if it was the computers mistake!! (who cares what that lady had for lunch that had her so darn peeved) It’s been a Long time since I’ve seen respectable employees! Kudos Girls!!!!"

"I own a local business that's been in business 50 years now. And have used Gall's numerous times in the past 10 plus years. I will never use them again. The rudeness and "whatever" attitude of the branch manager is unbelievable. I personally came in to make an order, 2-3 grand worth and she was to busy too get of her phone and A__. So I left. Came back later with a list of items that we have already ordered from them. Three months later... Nothing. No order. No idea what's going on. Never in my life have I met someone who suppose to run a business be so disconnected and could care less about making money that supports her check. Amazingly inept on all facets of business. The only breath of fresh air was talking to Tiffany. She sincerely and politely helped me find out about my order. And apologized for someone else's laziness."

"If I could give this store a negative infinity. Unprofessional, rude, racist. The woman behind the desk had the nerve to ask did my department have a galls account or a credit card because the vest were expensive me dressed in a whole police uniform. She asked could we afford it. Didn’t wanna size me for the vest kept walking away as I was asking questions. She did not know how to explain the types of vest and was just RUDE. Worst employee and location ever. Do not take your business there. Rude racist. I mean just overall worst experience ever."
