"I love Suite Dreams! They have the cutest, most popular baby brands and are always getting new things. We got an embroidered personalized blanket here for our baby and the quality is fantastic. Plus we purchased some nursery furniture here which was so convenient. It was nice to see the furniture in person before buying and with Buy Buy Baby closed, Suite Dreams is literally the only place in town you can do that. Highly recommend!!"

"Since the day we found out we were expecting our baby, we had to navigate numerous uncertainties and frustrations with furnishing a nursery during these days of ongoing supply chain issues. However, we ended up having nothing short of an overall exceptional experience with Lisa and Suite Dreams with the peace of mind that we were getting quality products and unbeatable customer service. The first hurdle we experienced was with the crib and dresser. The manufacturer suddenly went out of business, so we decided to purchase the floor model of both which were in near-perfect condition. The floor model dresser had a slight cosmetic issue on a drawer front and a drawer track issue, but Lisa had already ordered a replacement track and new drawer front. She provided incredible attention to detail, and would not sell us a product that she was not satisfied with herself. Secondly, the crib (which was also subject to the same manufacturer) was in mint condition, but the toddler and adult convertible rails were behind schedule. In addition to the convertible crib rails delay, the crib also had an issue with the floor model mattress frame not fitting quite properly. Lisa expended every resource to make sure we got a properly fitting mattress frame for our crib, and worked incredibly hard to make us feel at ease given the impending due date of our baby. If those were not already big enough headaches, we had originally ordered our glider through Buy Buy Baby. And wouldn’t you know it, the manufacturer of that glider was also having issues. The reason the glider is included in this review is because Buy Buy Baby never once gave us an update on the shipment status, even when called and spoken to directly. Their unbelievably apathetic customer service was enough for us to cancel the order because Lisa had the same model in her store and kindly offered to match the purchase price of Buy Buy Baby. On par with the rest of her efforts, Lisa kept us informed and reassured that we would receive our glider in time. These experiences were all part of ongoing supply chain issues across the world, but Lisa gave every ounce of effort around the clock to ensure that we were well taken care of. We would recommend Lisa and Suite Dreams over and over again because she truly cares about the quality of her products and the satisfaction of her customers, which make supporting her small business a no-brainer. Her business is a testament of her character, and we are Suite Dreams customers for life."

"Had my Daughters Baby Shower here in April. It turned out perfect! The space was exactly what we needed and we were able to decorate it the way we wanted to. Lisa was very accommodating for us.
