Reviews
"Walked in and the two employees didn't even look to us. Walked to the back to look at the fabric and ended up leaving without any of the employees speaking to us. Worse customer service."
"Sales reps, at Jordan creek mall in West Des Moines, are awesome! Took the time to show us everything about the product and all the different combinations. Even helped with looking at colors that would go with our living area."
"I was able to get good customer service which is hard to come by nowadays! '100' to the employees there"
"The staff were fairly knowledgeable. I’m glad we were able to speak with the trainer though because some of the newer staff weren’t aware of a few product options that might have made us walk away. All in all great products and friendly staff!"
"11/10/2022 around lunch time, stopped in to see about the possibility of adding some sactional furniture to my new retail store lounge area. Unfortunately, I was not even greeted. There was one person working and they were talking with an senior couple but the store is very small, she could have said at the very minimum "Hi welcome in" But instead not a single word, it almost felt like she was avoiding us. We left I will not be spending upwards of $7000 on furniture to not be greeted. I guess they just opened so possibly she just needs training but I would think greeting every customer should be common sense. The good news is I found some pretty awesome furniture at a different store that I was greeted the second I walked in asked if I had specific needs directed to what they felt would work and told to have a great day as I was leaving. Where has customer service gone these days?"
