"This is by far the worst outfitter I have ever been too. I called in and purchased a kayak. On Wednesday. Picked it up Tuesday. However when I got there the Jesus looking dude was horribly rude and doesn’t have any customer service skills at all. I was told I could get help tying the kayak down. When I got there they said they can’t. So I took a closer look at the kayak they keep there kayaks in the worst condition just outside dusty not clean. It had scratches on it. And things were loose. So I had to make the right decision I couldn’t take the risk of going home and having something break and have horrible customer service. Now the guy with short brown hair was legit. Professional and understanding. But the lady who answers the phone didn’t inform me on having to charge me 20% I lost 295.00 however I’m disputing with my bank. Because not once did I get told that or shown on website now it makes sense that that would be done. But the point was I wasn’t notified of told. Again the main reason this company is horrible is because of the lack of care for kayak. I’m going to fish USA. Customer service is top notch 60 day returns. Why would I settle for a dirty already scratched kayak horribly assembled. And being lied too and misinformed."
