"Bought two firearms through this place, the second one was gotten inadvertently as I bought it from someone who had turned around and resold it after buying through them. Both guns were marked up, nicked, and showed heavy signs of being handled, but were listed as brand new. I've seen a couple other reviews advising the same experience. I have guns i've shot numerous times and owned for several years that look better than the "new" stuff they're selling. They are either peddling display firearms as brand new, or buying them in rough shape and reselling them for MSRP. Place is dishonest and I would not recommend buying anything through them."

"I am giving one star because I unfortunately can't give any less. I went into the shop because it was recommended to me by a friend, and brought some firearms with me. The employee that I talked to was very nice, she took pictures of my weapons and sent them to the owner. The owner responded disrespectfully, stating that my weapons were nothing but junk, and lowballing me an offer. Then I went to a different gun shop in the area right after and was able to sell one of my weapons for the price he was supposedly being generous of for all five. I do not recommend this place to anyone."

"I recently purchased a Ruger Super Blackhawk 454 from BW. Dealings with them were a breeze until receipt. Once I took the firearm home, I noticed divots and scratches. I asked for a return and the response from Brad was, "What you have sent me is normal marks on a Ruger handgun, we have a couple more in stock and lipseys has 160 more of them. They are never polished and pristine. Once the firearm is taken home by the customer we can not return it." In my opinion, the failure to inspect the firearm is negligence on the part of the seller and a return should be honored as with any product. I'll note that I also asked to exchange the firearm with another one of the same model. I was told that my exchange would be valued at 150$ less than the purchase price. At least I learned one lesson: scrutinize the firearm before leaving the FFL."

"Bought my first gun off gun broker price was good. Next two guns just e-mailed Brad on line. If I want a gun he just gets it; something most gun dealers can't do. The nice thing is grest customer service. Either e-mail or when you call their just good people."

"I came across BW Outfitters online this New Years eve at 9:00pm. I've been looking for a few left-handed rifles to add to my collection and noticed that BW had some great sales on the calibers I wanted, but the sale ended 12/31/12. Since it was NYE I figured this would be a missed opportunity but went ahead and emailed their website to see if they would honor the sale price on the two rifles if I sent them money after the holiday. To my surprise the owner responded to my email within minutes and said they would honor the sale price. Their price saved me over $200 per gun compared to what I found them for around Dallas! As promised, my check was mailed out on the 2nd of January. The day my check cleared I received a tracking number for the guns. Great buying experience and selection of inventory. They'll have my business for future purchases, thanks BW!"
