"We had American Home Design come to our home to measure for a master bathroom in October. We expressed that we planned on starting our project in January. In short as of January 18th she still had not started on our design! Very disappointed! I truly thought I was dealing with a professional. Do not waste your time with this company!"

"Was hoping for a quality experience after great reviews from word of mouth. Cabinets we ordered weren’t measured correctly by their sales person and they tried to get US to pay for THEIR mistakes. They made it right and footed the bill for the mistake after numerous emails back and forth. When we received the replacements, we picked them up and were not even acknowledged by their staff and were poorly treated. The cabinets still weren’t correct and didn’t even come with the right faces. We gave up and went somewhere else to get their double mistakes fixed. Moral of the story, don’t go through them if you want a simple, pleasant experience."
