"This place was close to my work, so I thought I'd try them out. The first two times I went there everything was fine. The third time I went there for a haircut, Jenny decided to treat me like I had leprosy. I have no idea what happened or what changed. I chalked it up to maybe her having a bad day. Went there again for a fourth time. Again, Jenny decided to treat me as if I were a murderer. Still, I have no idea what happened. It's like she's in high school, i.e., an immature teenager. Apparently, repeat customers are not a concern and not valued. I won't ever go back there again."
