"Literally the worst customer service. First experience was for a jersey that they promised a quick turnaround on. Took more than a month bc they said the shirt was on back order. When I was finally told it was ready for pick up the entire neckline of the shirt was covered in someone else’s make up. They took the shirt to the back and wiped it up with a wet towel and we’re quite proud that it was no longer dirty. The next order was for spirit wear wear for school softball… Ordered two shirts over two months ago. Called today to check on them and they told me they were available for pick up, drove 30 minutes across town to pick them up and they couldn’t find them anywhere. I was again told these garments were on back order… One is a simple black T-shirt. They have no idea when they’ll be ready. I requested a refund - will see how that goes. Both times the staff acted like this was their normal course of business, no apology, nothing to try to make it right. With so many other T-shirt company options there is literally no reason to risk it with these guys."

"A really nice shop for team gear...good prices, staff is great, customers - not so much. Lots of spoiled, entitled jock teens with no respect for their parents...was hard to be around but a great place to visit when you want to feel better about your own kids and your parenting style (assuming you aren't one of the parents getting bossed around by your rotten kids...sorry/not sorry)"
