"BEWARE IF YOURE BUYING GAMES. Been coming to this gamestop for years but it's starting to show how desperate they are by trying to charge me the extra 2 dollar warranties without even telling me. After I caught it he removed but then added then back right before I was about to insert my card. Sad to see the stoop to such levels"

"Won't bother pre-ordering anything from this company ever. They will take your money and not get you your pre-order and when you go to cancel it they won't even have the right amount you've put on the order to refund and won't have a record for them to look up to see the order. The 1800 number is also worthless if it's not an online order your SOL."
