"The overall experience from staff has always been great... EXCEPT for what seems to be the only Hispanic female (Jessica?) that "helps" checkout. Extremely rude, makes unnecessary comments and LOW KEY racist towards her own people. I have been "helped" by her on multiple occasions and no amount of experience she thinks she has justifies her ugly attitude towards hard working people. After viewing previous google reviews it seems I'm not the only one complaining about the rude staff (maybe we're talking about the same person). DP Sales do better for your customers."

"If you work at Sabre, don't go here, go to the other place. If you do, don't expect your boots for at least a few months from the date that they tell you. Rude staff and can't give you a correct ship in date to save their life."

"Jessica and Brittney did an awesome job. I came in a little before closing time(sorry about that but couldn't be helped). They were courteous and professional and helped me through a few pair(probably 10) of boots to find one that met all my needs. In the end I went with a pair of timberland boots that feel great and I'm confident I will get a few years out of them. Thanks again for the professionalism and assistance. Can't wait to come back for my fiance's boots and more in the future. You've made a life long customer here."

"Most mediocre boot store in town. Hope your company doesnt have you go through them. You will either wait 3 months for your size or buy your own somewhere else. Really hope they lose their contract with Smithfield. Customer service is rude."
