"Talked to Mark on Jan 24th and said I'd be up to buy a specific trailer including a spare tire within the week. We agreed on price and he said he would start the paperwork. Showed up with check in hand and he said he didn't remember the conversation and sold that trailer to someone else. You get a 1 star simply because 0 stars is not an option."

"I looked at all the reviews and feel like maybe they are somehow getting a better experience than me.I had a horrible experience I was greeted with the direction of the trailer.so I drove over and looked at the trailer. Went to the office and asked if lights and bearings were good and had a response of of yes.after the paperwork and cash was paid was done I Noticed a wheel was loose and mentioned it to him and he shrugged his shoulders and said yeah .(didn’t offer help)I had one hour to drive on a two lane road and didn’t think I had to bring tools to get home safely.. down the road when checking the loose bearings thought I would check the lights No running lights further investigation at home the trailer plug had two wires swapped. Maybe new trailer buyers are treated different"

"Five years ago, we drove nearly 3 hours to get to OC Trailers and ended up buying a horse trailer. As others have said, they are not at all pushy. Reading other reviews, some perceive this as not caring, which I don't believe is the case. Very nice people. If you like to buy in an unhurried environment, want an incredible selection and what we thought was fair pricing, you owe it to yourself to take a drive to Orange City Iowa. I now find myself in need of an enclosed car hauler and will most likely go back there again. Edit: we did go back and bought a new Stealth car hauler from Mark."

"The Owner, Mark Noteboom is an Idiot. I bought a trailer there and ordered replacement parts later on and kept lying to me that he ordered the parts. 6 months later; still no parts. Remember you get what you pay for! Don't buy anything from this person!! His prices are cheap and so are his trailers and service!!!"

"Nice place , huge selection My experience with salesman is very dry attitude zero sense of humor!!! Didn't seem to care if he sold anything or not!!! Wouldn't recommend going there unless you just pay up and dont care if you feel good about your purchase!!"
