He also knows his business and is able to answer questions quickly, fully and efficiently. The store itself is new to us, quite large and full of a range of wonderful choices. My husband HATES to shop and Kyle streamlined the time needed to find just what we wanted while giving us confidence in our choices. "The most recent experience was not the best. The $600 table we bought came with some small dings and paint spots all over it...the customer service was good, which is why they got 3 stars. They seemed understanding, and I was able to return it pretty quickly. They did offer to touch up the paint spots and try to cover up the damage and give me a discount, but at that point, I just wanted my money back. The people there are pretty nice. Also, thw chocolate chip cookies are delicious."
