"We visited on a week night when the 41st St location was actually very hard to get to in October of 2023. But, we found our way in there, and we are so glad we did! (Sorry it took so long to write this review). We weren't 100% sure which type of bed we wanted, we just knew we needed something to work on the adjustable base we already had. Sarah greeted us and answered a few questions, while helping a few other couples out as well. We tried several beds she suggested, discussed the pros and cons of each, and ultimately decided on a Purple mattress. While placing the order for us, she ensured we got everything we needed, to include a Purple pillow, which we love! She also gave us tips on how to best care for our new Purple mattress to ensure it gets "broken in" well. Sarah was very knowledgeable on all the mattresses and was able to help guide us towards the mattress we ABSOLUTELY LOVE!! (And, with her excellent tips, have "broken it in" properly as well!) What an asset Sarah is to an industry that can be overwhelming, and full of sales people that just want to upsell you to the most expensive models (which Sarah did not do, and we are thankful!) Thank you for your above- and- beyond service, Sarah!!"
