"I came in to look at for a sectional, and just look around. The staff was friendly & helpful- they gave me space to look around without being pushy. I needed time to think over how it would look in our living room, and so I came back in a week or so later to look at it again. We went ahead with the purchase. The one in the store was sold already, so they ordered in another one, and I got a call the day before delivery to ask about a good time for them to bring it out. They showed up right on time, and they were careful not to bump into doorjambs or other furnishings. They also offered to move other furniture around to get everything in place.
