"Thank you for the great cut and for teaching me more about maintaining my length!"
"My elderly mother went in to get her hair thinned as it's super thick and she wanted it cut into a easy to manage style. As it's 90 degrees out anyone with thick hair understands you have to thin it year round but it's unbearable in hot weather. The stylist here refused to thin it out stating it would make her hair puffy and only trimmed split ends and charged her $10 for that. I just can't believe it, how rude. My elderly mother got railroaded. I'm so upset. This stylist will never get my families business again. With this type of unprofessionalism and only open for 2 years I doubt you make 3 with refusing services and ripping older people off."
