"Absolutely horrible customer service. I walked in today, not only was the store wide open with nobody there, but they left a number for you to call to be served. Lady said she's be there soon, claiming it'll be the infamous "10 minute". wait. I waited for 40 minutes each time I called she said she'd "be there soon". I eventually left but it sounds like they do this all the time. The owner says the same thing if you call him "she'll be there soon" but probably has no idea where she is. I'd rather have a place be honest with me rather then encouraging me to continue to wait while no one is in the store. I eventually left in absolute frustration but I'd highly advise just leaving. There "10 minutes" is a lie, they don't respect their customers at all. I'm not sure how a place stays open that does this all the time."
