"I booked an appointment with her March 15th this past Friday. I sent her a picture of my daughter’s hair prior and asked her if she was able to work with short hair. She told me yes that she would charge me 180 when we got there. Everything was fine. My daughter ended up wanting the length longer, neither of them mentioned anything to me about an added cost due to length..I found out because my daughter told me that she was charging her 250 instead of 180. Mind you the child is 13 years old. Not even two days later March 17th five of her braids in the back fell out one after another."
