"I normally don't leave reviews, but this was. very bad. Walked in yesterday (Friday, February 16th, 2024) and was greeted by a nice young African American lady with bright orange braids. She asked me if I signed in on line, to which I responded no, and she said I could sign in on the little tablet computer at the front desk, and that one of her coworkers should be on the way to the front shortly to take me back for a cut. At this time there was no one else in the store waiting. She had a customer already and was cutting his hair. Half Way through me signing in, still no one had come up to the front to greet me. She looked around just as confused as I was and apologized for the delay, and I thanked her for her help and left. I had never been to a SportsClips before and heard very good things. This was really disappointing. Where were the other cutters? Why was she left to fend for herself? I I most likely will not be back to this SportsClips because of that."

"Horrible, I went and signed in, and watched 4 other people come and sign in after me and got their hair cut before me. I left when they called the 4th one up after I had already been there waiting for an hour"

"Got on line and signed in with Kat. She has cut my hair several times. Like her skills. I waited 70 minutes for her specifically. I was up for my cut, Kat had a new employee and wanted to see her scissor cut. She passed me off to her. I didn't wait in the parking lot over an hour for just anybody, I wanted Kat. I did receive a okay haircut. But didn't appreciate being a guinea pig for full price MVP. I say if you want a test head, you don't pick a return customer. Not sure if I'm a customer any longer?"

"I came here in February right before a romantic get away with my partner out of state so I can look nice for pictures. I went to the stylist (Kat) that I’ve been going to for years and when I got home, I realized I had gotten the worst haircut Ive ever received. I was seriously so embarrassed to even be out in public it was so bad. It was choppy and not lined up AT ALL, i had to wear a hat for the duration of the month. The company sent a survey as they always do after a service and I left a bad review because it wasn’t a good haircut point blank. I received a free haircut from Kat to correct the wrong she had done. She was very silent and unsettling the whole time. Almost like she was mad, or had resentment towards me just for leaving my honest review on a haircut that left me very disappointed And not recognizing myself. I have attempted to go back and try to get a new perspective on her since I have always loved her haircuts, thought we had a good connection and It could have just been one bad day that time. but now when I try to schedule my cut, she always switches stylists on me well into my wait time. This has all really ruined my views on this company."
