"I went in to cost cutters, asked for 2 inches off and long layers. Lots of them came back with short hair, short layers and unsatisfied. The manager was trying to fix but it was too late too much had been taken off, if you ask for 2 inches off that’s what you want. Weather the stylus thinks that you need 4 inches , I was paying for what I wanted not what she wanted and end up with short hair, unable to put in a ponytail any longer very dissatisfied with my haircut!!!"

"Got a perm at Cost Cutters and it didn't take. Went back to let them know that I wasn't happy about it. The manager,Jodi, and the gal that gave me the perm,Peyton, wouldn't do anything about it.All they gave me were excuses.Good business practice would have been to give me another perm or refund my money ,but no, they did nothing. Needless to say they lost a good customer that has been going there for years."

"I had a cut and color. I thought maybe the color would get better with time but the highlights are near as light as I asked for. I paid quite a bit and I haven’t had ONE person even notice I got it colored or cut. Looking at it myself in the mirror, I can’t even tell a difference. I’m somewhat disappointed"
