"It was our first time coming here. Our appointment was at 1:00pm and there were 3 of us and they started taking care of the 3rd person finaly at 3:00pm. Very rude and rough. I was bleeding in several spots. They didnt clean up my nails at all and I asked several times for them to be shorter when she was trimming the tips and she never trimmed them. We will not be coming back here. Check out Top Nails and Spa in Urbandale if you want the best place!"

"We used to love this place when Jade and Andrew ran it. The quality and professionalism was lacking our last visit. Exclept for Lee who always does a wonderful job. We paid over 50 dollars for a dip manicure with extensions that were way too small, bumpy, and shaping was not what was asked for, and gel nail polish was applied without being asked. In the following pictures you will see my moms dip nails AFTER she tried to shape them herself."
