"I have been to B nails 3+ times now and have always had a pleasant interaction with the staff. However, I do wonder about the quality of their dip powder. I can typically wear dip for 3 weeks with no issues, and after not even a week of getting them done here I continuously have problems. The dip begins to crack, lift up at the base, or chip completely. I have gone in twice to have a chipped nail re-done, and once to get a nail that was broken fixed (see second photo) to which she sanded it down a bit and added some more dip on top, but as you can tell, it is still obvious that the nail is broken. In the past, other salons have re-done the entire nail so it looks premium. All photos were taken one week from appointment."

"First time going. Called and made same day appointment for my girls and me. They were able to get us in and was ready for us when we got there. Great atmosphere and service. The ladies were extremely nice. Did not feel rushed like at other places I've been. Extremely satisfied and will be going back."
