"Taylor always takes great care of me. She is kind, friendly, and personable and takes the time to ask me about my day. She has been cutting my hair for a few years now and knows exactly what to do. She provides great service and provides good info and recommendations on products. My hair is fine but it does get a little heavy on top. She knows just what to do with it. She takes the time to make sure I am satisfied. I am always happy with what she does and I always leave feeling so much better."

"HORRIBLE SERVICE. Showed up at 4 to get my child's haircut, made an APPOINTMENT with the lady behind the register for 6pm and left our information. We showed up 5:45 only to be locked out with nobody answering the phone while we're out standing in the cold for almost half an hour waiting to be let in. No call or notice of cancelation. Literally wasted 2 hours waiting. I do not recommend this place at all."
