"My rating does not reflect the musician or his headliner. Per Bryce Vine was awesome. A couple of people who work there & popped on stage to talk, not necessary. The metal detector on the way in didn't appear to work & they just waved people in even if the detector was set off. They let people vape THC inside which isn't legal in Iowa. They didn't card for alcohol sales but it was an all-ages show. Towards the end of the show (2 or 3 songs left) we were standing just watching from the ground floor & a worker came over & made us go elsewhere. We walked 8 feet away & stood there instead. It was clean, at least when we got there. The people next to us kept throwing their trash at our feet til they finally moved a row behind us & left their trash there instead. The bathrooms were very dark & did not promote me feeling safe. I'll go again but you might want to card for alcohol & stop letting people smoke weed inside & tell the rude doorady to mind her business. Groups of 20 year Olds were standing & watching all over. Yet we couldn't. They charge 15$ for parking & there are no other options available, definitely don't appreciate this. Also, a staff kept standing in front of the area in front of us for no reason other than for her head to be in our way. Not sure why she stood there. We'll go again but if the review is similar this won't be on our list anymore."
"Great time. Nice bathroom and plenty of bars. They do sell food. Parking fee may be a surprise for some. The stage is taller than most. If you sit down front, you'll want to stand or you'll get a crick in your neck. Beautiful venue and good sound. The murals in the lobby are unique and professional. They have a roped-off smoking area through a side door. I heard few complaints, and I had none."
"Great venue! Purchased seating in 201 F Seat 12 (2nd row back from front rail). Anyone 6 ft and taller would appreciate this spot due to the extra room to extend their legs a little. Other seats were more cramped as you would expect. Do not recommend sitting in the front row (E?) as the rail can be an obstruction for those shorter than 5'7", and anyone standing in the box seats behind row 100 (sec C?) will also obstruct the view if you prefer to sit. Music was loud, but it was a concert, so not sure what people expect. Sometimes, I wish the vocalists had a higher volume. Bring headphones for children. If you purchased general admission, expect to step in sloshed beer, pop, and other as the bars serve all drinks drinks into open top cups. Can bring a sealed bottle of water, and there are cold water refill stations (with fountain spout) on the upper level behind 201. There were two bars on the upper level and two on the lower level, which offered three food options. The bars on the upper levels also featured a tv, which showed a live stream of the stage. We didn't purchase anything, but a couple near us said their seltzer was $12 each. Parking was $15, or $25 for premium parking. We arrived 10 min before doors opened, and the line was very long, which you can kind of see from the twilight picture. They have coat check if you need it, but it is wide open space so as you can imagine...it will be a cold line in winter. Man shown by rail in pictures of stage was courteous, friendly, and helpful. Overall, good venue and courteous staff. Will return."
"What a fantastic new venue in Waukee! The first concert was truly incredible. With numerous bars for food and drink orders, you can expect minimal lines. The ample bathroom stalls ensure a short wait. They've truly done a remarkable job with this place!"
