"I asked for dip. First off, the color was way off than what the example was I had chosen. Next, i was questioning the way they did the process since it was different from my regular place. The base coat was only put on my tips, the color didn't reach my cuticles and no top dip was put on. I expressed my concerns as it was happening and the gal kept telling me "next time tell us a head of time and we'll fix it". I aready expressed before we even started that I wanted them thicker. As I was getting my wallet out to pay, I caught my nail and it already has cracks in it from how thin the dip is. And it looks like I've had this color on for a week, not freshly done. The gal was very nice, just wish she would have fixed it then when I was questioning about it. I wont ever be back for Dip Powder"
