"I am very disappointed in my results at this lash studio. I got them done on Wednesday the 6th of December and today is the 10th and almost all of the lashes are gone already. When I asked how long they usually last the woman said 2-4 weeks. I got my lashes done one other time in 2019 at a different lash spa, and they lasted me at least a month. The workers at the front desk were also not so kind at the end of my appointment. Would not ever go back there or recommend anybody to get their lashes done there! For $100 I would expect the lashes to last for as long as they said they would. Not 5 days. I should also mention that I am very gentle when handling the lashes. I would comb them out every night and morning gently, and when I would wash my face I would never scrub my eyes, I did exactly what they told me to do. I am going to call tomorrow and request a refund or if they can redo them, and if they cannot comply with my request I will be contacting HR. This is completely bad business. First picture is after 5 days. Next picture is the day I got them done. Expected them to last that way for 2-4 weeks as told they would."

"Got my lashes done here and it was my first experience. I had Alizae. I got the introductory package and the look of “natural” and “with volume”. Overall I’m pretty satisfied! It’s definitely a dramatic change from where I was at. The only downside I would say is it is more of an “uppity” environment, if you will. & I’m so energetic and outgoing, so I got anxious asking all of my questions with people who seemed very serious and pretentious. My stylist was kind of this way too and I felt annoying talking so much based off of the very curt answers I received. But my lashes turned out great! I’ve attached a before picture of my lashes right after the appointment was done!"
