"As someone who gets their nails done quite often I was extremely upset with the service and the outcome of my nails. I showed them a clear picture of a basic style of nails that I have had done at multiple other salons thinking that it would look great. The lady informed me that it would be $60 dollars because it was a design that was harder to do. I expected her to be able to easily do the design (shown in the picture below). When my nails were done they were crooked, uneven and you could see the glue under my nail tip which looks horrible. I am so embarrassed of these $60 dollar nails that I might just take them off. I am supposed to be going on vacation and I got these nails done so that they would look good but it is quite the opposite. While the nails that I received were clean cut they were no where near what the photo looks like. My thumbs look like I just have two blocks of colors on them. Very disappointed."
