"Hectic, terrible entry area, rude door guy usually, and not enough room. Despite all of that, the bar staff is great, the drink choices are very extensive, and I like most of the atmosphere. It's a coin flip for me whether I enjoy being there each time, but a lot has to do with how busy it is, which is not the bar's fault."

"The bartender was extremely rude and off putting. Each time a girl from my group when up and ordered a drink (we were drinking the same thing all evening) the price changed. I’ve never had a Long Island made wrong twice. The first one was great and the last two were not long islands. I paid 8.50 for the first two and then 6 after I said that wasn’t what I ordered. Since it was cash only for the Holiday, were tip the bartender at the end sort of people, and the bartender decided to yell at my friends about it. Definitely won’t be back :) As we were walking out, our bartender was taking a smoke break and I looked directly in the eye when he said “I hope they get hit with a car tonight” I really can’t believe they allow customer service like that."

"Had a decent experience until one of our group members ordered a round of shots. She had already ordered a couple beers and tipped heavy on those. The bartender verbally commented about her not tipping on the shots even though she tipped heavy on the beers already. Anyone who works in customer service knows that its very rude to comment on tips...THEN we were waiting for a taxi in SUBZERO temperatures and could not get a Lyft, Uber, or a Taxi to show up. We went to the door and tried to wait inside so we didn't die in the cold and the guy told us "sorry we have money out, we can't help you. Walk 2 blocks to the convenience store". I was less than impressed with this bar."
