"Bought an item, dude says can return within 24hrs, less than 24hrs I'm back item receipt got it all, same guy is telling me he can't do anything about it. and remembers me!! If you don't warranty then say that, but don't treat me like a sucker. Your the clown for not knowing your policy so don't be upset with me, ok?"

"I was 5 days late to pick up the items that I unfortunately had to pawn and I was charged the amount agreed to for pick up which I had no problem with, however I was also charged an additional fee of 45.00 for being 5 days late which comes out to be 9.00 a day and/or what the repawn amount would have been to have an additional 30 days to pick up my items. I asked the person who was helping me why I was being charged so much extra, and his voice was raised as he said, and I quote "Ma'am that is just what the computer says. It does it automatically. " I, in return said, can't you override the amount since I'm only 5 days late? " He raised his voice even more and said No, there is nothing I can do. " I could see charging a fee for each day late and would have been more than happy to pay a 5.00 or even 10.00 late fee, but 45.00?/ 9.00 a day is outrageous. I have bought, sold, and even pawned many things from you over the past 20 years as you can acquire some really great items for a great price. I, however, will never buy, sell, or pawn anything from 1st National Pawn again. You have lost a 20 plus years customer, and I will never suggest your business to anyone ever again. If I could have given you zero stars, I would have, but I had to give you 1 star just to leave this review."

"Very alert to my presence, made sure I was finding was I was shopping for. The times that they are busy they have always told me an estimated time till I can be waited on. Or how they can help if I didnt want to buy anything they still made some time to answer questions and give their best advice even if they where personally unfamiliar they would ask someone who was. Generally averagely steady with customers. When they are real bust they still make sure if you want to be patient and wait X amount of time or if you wanted yo come back later"
