"This place was absolutely horrendous and there were many rats roaming the place like they owned it. Also their solution things for my nails, gave me an infection all over that spread throughout my hand. It also smelled like nasty butt in there. I don’t know what would’ve caused that but it is disgusting. my nails were also really crooked and they returned and then they also gave me the wrong color. I asked for pink and They gave me purple also another time that I went I asked for red and they gave me blue. They gave me the complete opposite. I do not recommend if I could rate this as zero I would. It is terrible never go here."

"Their prices are not outrageous and they are all very good with my experience with them. Definitely have improved over the past 10 yrs. The techs are very friendly as well. This is my go to when I need to get my nails filled and get in and out Sunday morning. :)"

"I have gone to Metro 3-4 times now. I’ve gotten pedicures and manicures all dip style. The service is excellent! I especially like Natalie and Jada for nails (Jada did the ones pictured). The last set I had done by Natalie lasted over 5weeks with NO CHIPS before going in to have it removed. This time Jada took time to mix a custom dip color for me since there wasn’t a good option for the design I was trying to replicate! Above and beyond! The only disappointment is they do not take appointments and you will probably wait 45 minutes before being seen unless you get there BEFORE the doors open."

"I've tried many salons in the Council Bluffs area, and I always end up coming back to this one, because my manicures last longer than those from other places. But, I do wish they would converse with me, and not just CONSTANTLY with each other in their own language. You just know they're talking about the clients! LOL"

"Jayden absolutely knocked it out of the park with my request. I get my nails done often, usually just to have them longer and look more put together, but I always have big aspirations for aesthetic. When a tech is shaping my nails, I'll know whether or not I want to go with the design of my dreams or just slap some polish on and call it done. When she was finished shaping and putting the base color on, I could have walked out happy there. The shape, thickness, and integrity of the acrylic felt impeccable. I showed her my design request, and her execution was the cherry on top! I expressed multiple times how much I loved them, but I wanted to come give recognition here as well. 10/10 recommend getting your nails done by Jayden!"
