"Got my nail done about 5 hours ago my pedicure take about 15 minutes and my manicure take about 10 minutes . I have to file my own nails because they didn't do the way I like it . it's a poor job I would not recommend anyone to go There. I get gel polish cost me $80 and when I came home look at the job that was done to me poor and awful. my gel nails polished lift and chip off. that Will be the first and last time for me to visit top Q nails place."

"Extremely disappointed in my dip manicure! My manicure started to chip after 2 days of just basic life. Didn’t do anything I wouldn’t normally do. By 2 weeks, all 10 nails were broken and completely chipped. It was AWFUL! I’ll never return. Pictures are from day 2."

"I would not go back here even if it was free! They did a terrible job and do not recommend this place to anyone! Go somewhere else! Why? First… I told them how I wanted my French tips done, and they proceeded to do the manicure in their own way. After asking if they could do it the way I wanted the tech said she would have to start all over again. Didn’t seem to care about what I wanted done as the customer. Secondly… the nails were lumpy clumpy, and they started chipping less than 24 hours after the manicure. I returned to let them know and get it redone, and the tech was very unaccommodating, had me wait for an hour only to tell me that I should file the nails down, that will get rid of the chips! I expressed that it should not be chipped after 24 hours, and she barely retouched them. This is a picture after she fixed it. Don’t waste your time and money here. VERY DISAPPOINTED!"

"This was the worst set of nails I've ever received. They were supposed to be ombre for my accent nails and they look awful. They are very thick by my cuticles and there are spots that are missing acrylic. I mentioned this to the lady doing my nails and she said they "looked good" to her and another lady working said she still needed to "drill them." She did not go back and fix them. I also originally ask to have them powder dipped and she started doing acrylic. I still had to pay $50 for them which is ridiculouswith how bad they look. I have gone to this specific Top Q nails before with decent results but I will not be returning there."
