"Made an appt for 245 granted i was a 5mins late but as soon as i got there the man just seemed very annoyed didnt ask me what i wanted just told me to pick a color. He seemed upset when i asked for short coffin and even more when I asked him to shorten them which he bearly did. But I continued thinking the coffin shape would be better longer. While he was working on my nails I have a hard time relaxing my hand and he got upset and said "i cant work on you if you dont relax" which i apologized and he just kept going. At the end instead i got square nails and a very wonky xx design (I showed him the picture of the xx because its a symbol for fertility) was hoping with new people there it be better and seen amazing work come out but just nothing has changed in my experience payed $60+5 for tip since I was late I didn't get cubicles or under the nail cleaning like I've seen them do and they don't do the lotion at the end anymore. When I was done he just turned around in the chair and watched the TV that was behind him while I waited for my niece to be done"
