"Couldn't possibly be more pleased! Passing through town and needed a haircut. I had been growing it out and just couldn't take it anymore. Just my luck there was an opening and was taken as a walk in. Can't remember the stylist name so if you read this and could comment and help me out that would be amazing. First station by the receptionist desk and glasses. She deserves the praise. The salon was super clean. The stylist listened and did an amazing job. As a licensed cosmetologist I know the cut is good when the stylist doesn't have to use thinning shears to blend everything together. And the price? Let's just say I tipped generously based on what I feel she is worth. I would have paid a lot more in Texas. A++++ and Thank you so much! And if at all possible I will definitely be back."

"The only reason for any stars is because the staff was polite. Had our daughter in for an ombre. What she got (after I thoroughly explained what she wanted and showed her a picture) was basically high lights. After paying for color, wax , and a cut, I paid just under $120. When I went to pick up my daughter from the salon (because I had other kids to run other places) she was finished and her hair was absolutely not what we asked for. Not to mention it felt like straw. I asked the stylist where the blond part of her hair was (bottom was supposed to be blond with a FEW darker streaks in it) the stylist showed me the under neither part of her hair where there was some blonde. I told her that is not what we asked for, she put way way too much dark at the bottom. I paid for it and left because again I had other kids to run other places. When we went back into the salon later to discuss this, no one wanted to take accountability, they talked over us, and were rude . Even the owner. My daughter also had hair color on her face and neck. They said they were unable to get it to come off. My question is, why was it even there in the first place. It was no where near her hair. They offered to fix it but by this time I had no faith that it would end up the way we wanted it, and I didnt want my daughter to sit there and have it re done, not knowing how it would turn out, and not knowing how they might treat her. We asked for our money back, they offered half. $25. Which is not half unless they charge alot for wax and a cut. Over priced and apparently not with the new styles, or just plain dont bother to listen."
