"We have had really good luck going here! Usually we can get in pretty last minute without a crazy wait. The app is pretty accurate as far as expected wait time. I wish I knew the lady's name but she was so great with my son. His hair cut looked fantastic too. The only reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars is she charged us an adult haircut instead of a children's and I didn't realize until we were all back in the car. I have only had one experience that was 1 star at the Carroll location and that was years ago."

"Staff is friendly but do not listen to what the customer is asking for, or do not have the skills to provide a variety of cuts. Each time, I tell myself we’re never going back to this location, yet when crunched for time, we try it again. Today’s experience takes the cake. The stylist did the opposite of what was requested: keep the top long, below the eye does not mean cut it to 2 inches. Never going here again. The stylists we’ve had just refuse to listen and instead, give the haircut they want to do that is the quickest for them, regardless of what the customer wants. If you need a quick, generic cut, and you aren’t particular, they may be fine; but even when provided photos, cannot execute simple customer requests regarding length. Do not recommend."

"That was 'great'! Had a good 'summer' cut. Friendly staff, acknowledge people promptly. Even though very busy, didn' t have to wait long. Only down side I had, even though I signed up 'on-line' @ home, no record was documented @ salon? But I had great service once I arrived there. KEEP sending those coupons/that helps during these times of high expenses."

"As short staffed as they are, these ladies are quick, efficient, and so friendly! And they are good at their profession. Great atmosphere in my opinion. All of them make the customers feel welcome."
