"I made my son a appointment online. When we got there they told me I shouldn’t have been able to make that appointment. They said there 4:30 appointment was already there but it was before 4:30. The other lady told her that she didn’t have anyone else till 5. She said we could wait and she would see if she had time. We said we weren’t waiting so we left. If they had my son’s name on there computer but they couldn’t commit to that said appointment maybe they should take that page down or maybe they should call people to let them know they can’t keep that appointment. We are new to this town but will be finding a different place to get my kids hair cuts done at. Needless to say I had to walk away with a sad 4 year old who really wanted his hair cut."

"I've been to expensive high end salons that have charged me hundreds of dollars for colors and cuts for not what I wanted even frying my hair!!! This place is AWESOME!!! My husband started going here for his cuts with Paige which were nicer than I'd seen in years. I gave it a try with my highlights/lowlights and cut seeing Alex who is FABULOUS!!! She did exactly what I wanted which is so hard to find, while at the same time being gentle on my hair. This place is very good highly recommended!!!"
