"Staff acted bothered to help me, didn’t even attempt to look for the product that needed filled, said they didn’t know how to fill it & then just walked away."

"This store is pathetic. I go to Kum and go for slashes, but all winter, the slashes were down. They finally fix it well into summer, but order no slushy lids, taking from the quality and volume of the product. Now they have a few lids, but the machine is down and has been for weeks. I mentioned it to the manager, but she seemed to think it was funny. I'm done with this kum and go."

"Found myself in a tight spot this morning and the associate/manager was just the pick me up that I needed, he extended a very helpful gesture by helping me be able to get my car started, he was super friendly and it really showed he cares about his customers and does what he can to help"

"The store and bathroom were both very clean and the service was friendly. I was a little hungry so I bought some food here and was quite surprised with the quality and price when matched against other gas station food. I really wish we had some of these stores where I live."
