And pretend to know what you're talking about when you do answer the phone. After my tenth, that's right, tenth, attempt at calling only for it to ring and ring at 11am one morning someone finally answered and was definitely not the most gracious person in the world. If I had other options here in town, at this point, I'd take them."

"This is the 2nd time I've been here. This time the Older lady with short purple and grey hair was very rude. I asked her for a liquid ash color and she said they were out and only had creme. I looked myself after she walked from brand to brand and said nope we don't have any then walked away. Low and behold I found liquid. I stood at front counter waiting to check out for about 5 mins while they were busy laughing and talking in the back of store. The only reason one of them came of front was because the phone rang. The last time I was here the young girl that helped me wasn't very knowledgeable at all and was very dismissive. I WON'T BE COMING BACK HERE."
