"****WARNING - they’ve changed their name, which, in the beauty business usually indicates that the reputation of the original name has been trashed******* Very good and fast; the shape was a little bit off, but overall good. That (above) was my original review over a year ago. I’ve changed my mind after visiting a few times and going to other places. When I go here, my shape is ALWAYS off, it gets worse every time, and it’s not correctable (don’t let the lady ‘fix’ it, or you’re going to end up with overtweezed, pencil thin McDonald’s arches for eyebrows, like the lady before me got). After this most recent time, I will never go here again; I’ll get my brows done at Brow Beauty in Omaha when I’m in the area. This place has changed, and beware — they’re changing names, too (something like F&M Brows). Not only is the shape always bad (I don’t need my brows to be twins, but they HAVE to be sisters, if you know what I mean) but they’ve also changed the way they tint brows, and the henna doesn’t even really dye your eyebrows. In other words, when you go here, you’re not only going to get completely unfixable, jacked up, uneven eyebrows that are two completely different shapes, but the dye is only going to last about a day. AVOID THIS PLACE. Go somewhere else. They’re obviously trying to cut costs by hiring new people who aren’t well-trained, and they’ve cut the henna they use so badly that it’s a watered-down mess that doesn’t give even a semi-permanent tint. RUN, RUN, RUN from this place."

"Went there to get eye lash extensions for the first time ever not even 24 hours after getting them done I woke up to half of the extensions gone on both eyes. Asked for a refund they told me to have them refilled and then come back next time for a refund. I used to go here all the time to get my eye brows done and will not be returning ever again!!! Wish I could give zero stars"

"I don’t like the way they rushed doing my lashes. Not too many style options. Plus they started coming off after like a day. The lashes aren’t quite curled up. Wouldn’t be a good place to get your lashes done."

"I used to love getting my eyebrows done here, they have never been thicker or looked better. This time I got them threaded and the new lady took all of my eyebrows off!! I’m so sad. They are super thin now and took away all of the progress/growth of the old lady. She even trimmed them with scissors. There’s nothing to work with. I’ll never go back to her."
