McDonald's

"I almost always go to this McDonalds on my way to my job since it is convenient. However today I had an experience that made me very frustrated. I did an online order like usual and waited at the first window for about 7 minutes with a line of cars behind me. Not once did the person at the first window open it and tell me to pull forward but rather assumed I didn't want a receipt. Finally after waiting the whole time the guy says "you're a mobile order pull forward' in a quite rude and sarcastic tone. Meanwhile the women operating the second window keeps looking at my car every 20 seconds like a prairie dog and never once signaled me tp pull forward. I don't intend on coming back to that McDonald's and don't recommend you go either. It is astonishing how incapable it is for employees to communicate basic public relations with their customers."

"I ordered 2 double hamburgers and I got 2 cheeseburgers. When I went back thru it took 3 times as long to get my order replaced making me late for work. And I didn't even get a single apology. Just got the bag tossed out the window"

"I had to wait an overly excessive amount of times today. The staff was not friendly and walk right by you. They literally yell from the kitchen over the beeps and noise that they can't hear customers when he's asking for utensils, that weren't out to take or clearly in his order. They were rude and messed up almost every order I was stuck seeing because I waited for over 25 mins for an online order. Also, what we don't really take orders anymore? A kiosk? How can hollering from the kitchen at people that are responsible for you having a job and not even taking orders anymore, qualify for more than minimum wage. Taking away the customer service aspect is not teaching anyone anything. I was very disappointed and will not go back to that location."

"My experience at this McDonald’s was incredible! Not only was the location clean, but the staff were also friendly and happy. The food was fresh and delicious. My experience at this McDonald’s was way better than any other McDonald’s I’ve been to over the past year."

"This place seriously deserves 0 stars :( I’ve tried to give it multiple chances and everytime I go it’s guaranteed to take forever even if the line is pretty short, workers are weird, order is going to be wrong (wrong sandwiches, missing drinks), this was a fry that actually came in my order…no I didn’t eat it or anything it literally came half full…and cold and hard…save yourself time and $$ and go to the Wendy’s down the street, better service and food and order always right, and they’re always quick."
